Room categories are available on a first come, first served basis and additional American Buffet Breakfast is served daily at The Greenhouse (Level 3) and is charged at SGD 25++ (USD 18) per person per day. All room rates are subject to 10 percent service charge and 7 percent Goods and Service tax (GST). This will be charged to participant's card and account is to be settled by individuals upon check out. Booking We will book and confirm your hotel bedroom for you, and send you the details closer to the date of the Summit. Please note you must settle your own bedroom charge and any additional expenses on departure from the hotel. Please confirm your accommodation requirements via the online registration form. Check-in / Check-out The official hotel check-in time for Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore is 2:00 p.m. and the check-out time is 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the day of departure. If your room is vacated after the check out time, you will be charged a late charge, unless prior arrangements are made with the hotels’ management. Early check-in is not guaranteed unless the room on the day of arrival is pre-booked for one night in advance for guaranteed early check-in. Should you require a late check out, please arrange directly with the hotel. If you wish to leave any items for storage, the Hotel Concierge can store your luggage until your time of departure. |
